Bombshell Rocks – Without Destination
Morgen komt het nieuwe album uit van Bombshell Rocks, een punkrock band uit Zweden.
Dit was 1 van de eerste punkrock bands waarmee ik in aanraking kwam buiten de standaard punkbandjes zoals Green Day, Offspring en Pennywise.
Na hun CD Cityrats & Alleycats (2001) grijs te hebben gedraaid, kwamen ze al snel met From Here And On (2003) en speelden ze met Raised Fist in Den Bosch. Wat ik nog van die avond weet is dat Bombshell Rocks met een inval bassist speelde aangezien ze op dat moment geen vaste bassist in de band hadden.
Bombshell Rocks is streetpunk, rock ‘n roll in het straatje van The Clash, Social Distortion, The Explosion.
De nieuwe plaat: Generation Tranquilize komt morgen uit, hier alvast een voorproefje:
